A potential client will come to me and tell me they tried โ๐๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐โ to reach their goals. Theyโve tried biking, running, working with a trainer, lifting, yoga, extreme nutrition plansโฆ ALL the things. Then itโs 2 months later and they don't see the results they want.
Hereโs the thing โ Itโs not about the THING you do, as much as how committed you are to doing it. MOST fitness plans WILL work โ if you commit to them and show up consistently. But you must show up for longer than a month or two to see the results you want.

Our health is not a short-term goal or even โjustโ a long-term goal โ rather it is lifetime effort. Being healthy adds so much value to our lives that it should always be one of our highest priorities.
Many people come to our gym wanting to lose weight. Problem is they will also often quit after a month or two if they donโt see the results they want.
