Stretch and Meditation This class offers a relaxing hour of focused soft tissue stretching which relieves commonly tight muscle groups allowing your body to restore itself after a grueling workout. We end each class with a short meditation to help balance your nervous system and bring your thoughts inward.
Our yoga program includes a variety of classes including Yin Yoga, Vinyasa-style Fitness Flows, Vinyasa-style Gentle Flows, Introductory Flows, and Yoga for All Bodies, as well as periodic workshops for bodywork training for strengthening your back, opening your hips, giving freedom to your hamstrings and creating more mobility in your shoulders & wrists.
