Everyone going into group classes starts with the Essentials program with one of our coaches. Sessions will be focused on proper fundamental movement training to educate, assess form and build confidence before walking into a class setting.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the assessment portion, you might even engage in a short CrossFit-style workout.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
